Since 2010, DURON has been dedicated to manufacturing high-performance cast rolls for the global steel industry. We focus on precision and reliability. Backed by a core manufacturing base spanning over 36,000 square meters, our annual production exceeds 15,000 tons. Our facility effectively integrates advanced melting, centrifugal casting, heat treatment, and precision machining into a highly controlled production workflow. We continuously attract highly skilled engineering talents in the industry, emphasizing R&D and strict process control to translate specific material blueprints into reliable mill performance.

01 / Precise Melting & Advanced Centrifugal Casting

Equipped with 1.5T–5T medium-frequency induction furnaces and a 10T LF refining furnace, we effectively control molten steel purity. This material feeds directly into our 300/500/800 series horizontal centrifugal casting machines to achieve a reliable metallurgical bond between the wear-resistant shell and ductile core.

02 / Programmable Thermal Processing & Stress Relief

Our dedicated center features 21 programmable bogie hearth furnaces and 8 high-temperature spray quenching stations. This setup is engineered to relieve internal stress, improve thermal fatigue resistance, and maintain microstructural stability.

Supported by over 70 sets of equipment, including heavy-duty CNC roll lathes and gantry milling centers. We process complex profiles and drive flats to meet required micrometer-level tolerances.

Every roll undergoes comprehensive testing before dispatch, including direct-reading spectrometry, digital A-scan ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal soundness, and precision hardness mapping. Today, our precision-engineered rolls are stably supplied to major domestic steel mills and are successfully exported to over 20 countries worldwide—including markets in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas—helping clients continuously lower their cost per ton.
