Metallurgical Shear Blades

Produced from forged tool steels (including H13, and 5CrNiMo) with controlled vacuum heat treatment, these shear blades are machined for flying shears, crop shears, and dividing shears in hot rolling mills. The heat treatment cycle balances core toughness with edge hardness to resist thermal stress cracks, chipping, and abrasive wear during cross-sectional shearing.
