Developed for finishing stands of hot strip and bar mills, our centrifugal composite High-Speed Steel (HSS) and High-Chromium (HCr) rolls feature working layers with dispersed $MC$, $M_2C$, and $M_7C_3$ primary carbides within tempered martensitic or bainitic matrices. This metallurgical structure ensures stable working-layer hardness retention at elevated contact temperatures and decreases groove abrasive wear.
