Engineered for continuous bar, rebar, and high-speed wire rod trains, our rolls and slitting passes are cast from composite high-speed steel and alloy ductile iron. The metallurgical parameters are tailored to mitigate groove collar shearing, rib deformation wear during slitting, and surface fatigue under continuous high-tonnage passes.
