DURON’s High Chrome Cast Iron Rolls (HCr Series) are centrifugally cast to establish a stable metallurgical bond. The structural design features a dense matrix populated with eutectic M7C3 alloy carbides, providing high wear resistance and stable resistance to surface oxidation. We monitor the exact alloying parameters, including controlled additions of Vanadium (V), to support consistent shell depth and thermal stability. The chemical compositions and metallurgical specifications for these high chrome cast iron rolls are detailed below:
| Code (代码) | C | Si | Mn | Cr | Ni | Mo | V | Hardness (硬度 HSD) | Tensile (抗拉 N/mm²) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HCr II | 2.90-3.30 | 0.30-1.00 | 0.50-1.20 | 15.01-20.00 | 0.70-2.90 | 0.70-2.90 | 0.00-0.60 | 65-80 | ≥ 350 |
| HCr III | 2.90-3.30 | 0.30-1.00 | 0.50-1.20 | 18.01-22.00 | 0.70-1.70 | 1.51-3.00 | 0.00-0.60 | 75-90 |
